What can Reflexology do for You?

The feet act as the external information sheet for the body. The therapist will assess your feet and give you a guide on how to keep healthy through FOOT REFLEXOLOGY and stay relaxed with THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE.

Gaylene is a full member of the Reflexology Association of Australia.

Reflexology has it's origins in the tombs of Ancient Egypt and in Ancient China. Since the early 1900's, many case studies have proven the theories of the late Eunice Ingham who drew up the first foot and hand charts and wrote books on her work that discussed by pressing into reflexes on the feet and hands, can bring about changes in our health and over a period of sessions can help the body to achieve a state of balance.

Gaye Webb was taught the Ingham Method in 1994 and in 1999 went back to school to complete the Diploma of Reflexology. Gaye has a long association with the Reflexology Association of Australia, where she has held the position of secretary and writes the newsletter for Tasmanian members.

In 1992 Gaye studied Therapeutic Massage and has massaged many bodies since that time....She has also studied shiatsu pressure point massage and in 2002, completed the relevant hours to achieve a Diploma in Remedial Massage. She believes her massage is good for relaxing and revitalising the body.

Reflexology and Massage are much needed in this fast moving stressed world, and we all deserve good health.
